Fooodhome.com is a local marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers for food and related items. We do not prepare, handle, or deliver food ourselves.

By using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

  • Follow all local, state, and federal laws

  • Use the platform in a safe and respectful manner

You are solely responsible for your actions on this platform.

3. Seller Terms

If you sell food or products on this platform, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your food complies with all applicable laws (including cottage food laws and food safety regulations)

  • You will clearly and honestly describe your products, ingredients, pricing, and availability

  • You will not sell prohibited or unsafe items

⚠️ False Information & Legal Liability

Any seller who provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including but not limited to ingredients, food safety, licensing, or product claims) may:

  • Have their account permanently removed

  • Be reported to appropriate local or state authorities

  • Be subject to legal consequences, including fines or criminal charges under applicable laws

4. Buyer Terms

Buyers agree that:

  • Purchases are made at their own discretion

  • They are responsible for reviewing product details and communicating with sellers

  • Fooodhome.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any product purchased

5. Platform Role

Fooodhome.com acts only as a marketplace platform.

We:

  • Do NOT prepare food

  • Do NOT inspect kitchens

  • Do NOT guarantee product quality or safety

All transactions are between buyers and sellers.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party services (such as Cash App, Venmo, etc.).
We are not responsible for payment disputes between users.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove listings

  • Suspend or ban users

  • Take action against any behavior that violates these Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fooodhome.com is not liable for:

  • Food-related illness or injury

  • Misrepresentation by sellers

  • Disputes between users

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
